Ricardo Carbajal Oteo (born 17 October 1968) is a Mexican football manager and former player. He is currently the manager of Liga MX club Puebla.

On 21 July 2020, Carbajal was presented as the manager of Liga de Balompié Mexicano side Industriales Naucalpan F.C.[1]
